Boatsteerer's Choice Open Row

Boat steerers rotate weekly.

This will be one of the following three types of rows:

1. Skills Row- suitable for all rowers, work on form, drills and get back to the basics. Excellent choice for new rowers!

2. Endurance Row- all rowers who are able to row consistently with minimal breaks, work on longer non-stop rows to build endurance, strength, and cardio.

3. Extreme Row- Advanced rowers only, this will be a tougher workout row with power-ups, racing style, maybe even a bucket! Water breaks are limited to single rower call outs while the rest of the boat continues. Final say regarding the training protocol on this row is up to the boat steerer for that day. No talking over 60% unless permitted by the boat steerer and you can maintain stroke rate, form, and power.
